The Official Test CentrePortland The Official Test Centre is within the grounds of the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA) - the home of the sailing classes for the 2012 Olympic Games and as such provides the ultimate windsurfing experience for everyone, from the complete beginner to the professional.
